When we talk to our clients I’ve always lead with - it’s about customer service. Our products are sometimes very similar to our competitors but we can provide a higher quality experience and that’s what we’re offering. And so when we’re thinking about the business we have to provide something to the client that’s better - whether that’s price, experience or something to differentiate. And so what this business has taught me is to be very focused on giving white glove service and so we try to do that from concept to completion. Customer first, execution and we think there are good outcomes.
